CYCLEBAR FITNESS EVENT

TO CELEBRATE THE LAUNCH OF PINK'S SEAMLESS COLLECTION, TN VS PINK IN COLLABORATION WITH CYCLE STUDIO EXTRAORDINAIRE CYCLEBAR HOSTED A SEAMLESS FITNESS EVENT. OUR 40 BIKE SPOTS WERE COMPLETELY BOOKED IN UNDER AN HOUR WHICH CYCLEBAR HAD "NEVER SEEN BEFORE" ACCORDING TO OUR INSTRUCTOR, JULIE. TO MAKE THIS 'RIDE' SPECIAL, WE ALSO PARTNERED WITH NUTRITION SNACK BRAND KIND TO REFUEL OUR ATTENDEES AFTER THEIR CLASS. TO SET THE SCENE, WE HAD OUR PHOTOSHOOT STATION COVERED WITH PINK CAMPAIGN POSTERS AND A HAND PAINTED 'GRL PWR' SIGN, NOT TO MENTION A PLETHORA OF GIVEAWAYS THAT OUR GUESTS COULD PARTICIPATE IN! THIS EVENT WAS RECOGNIZED BY CORPORATE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND; FOR THIS, OUR TEAM RECEIVED INCENTIVE PRIZES FOR OUR HARD WORK!

'PAY IT FORWARD' WEEK

WHEN PINK BEGAN THEIR 'PAY IT FORWARD' CAMPAIGN, TENNESSEE WAS THERE TO HELP SPREAD THE LOVE. WE DEDICATED A FULL WEEK TO PROMOTING KINDNESS, MOTIVATION, AND EXTENDING A HAND TO OTHERS. FOR THIS CAMPAIGN WE DESIGNATED A SPECIFIC DAY TO A SPECIFIC ACT OF KINDNESS SUCH AS A NAIL SALON GIFT CERTIFICATE GIVEAWAY, GIFTING GIRLS FRESH FLOWERS, CREATING POSTERS OF ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL, BRINGING 'GIRL BOSS' UT ADMINISTRATORS A GIFT AND LETTER OF ADMIRATION FOR THEIR TEACHINGS, AND EVEN USING OUR BUDGET TO PURCHASE STARBUCKS COFFEE FOR 20 STUDENTS AT THE LIBRARY. OF ALL OF OUR EVENTS, I FELT THE MOST GRATIFIED WHEN PLANNING & EXECUTING OUR 'PAY IT FORWARD' WEEK; PROVIDING JOY, HOPE, AND LOVE TO EVERYONE.

'PINK OR TREAT' PANTY FRENZY

FOR OUR PINK PANTY FRENZY EVENT DUBBED 'PINK OR TREAT' WE USED THE ARRIVING HOLIDAY TO PROVIDE ALL KINDS OF ENGAGEMENTS FOR OUR NEAR 200 ATTENDEES. (LET ME JUST SAY THAT AGAIN). NEARLY 200 ATTENDEES. THE TURN OUT WAS AMAZING, WHICH MEANT WE HAD TO PUT ON A SEAMLESS SHOW, (LITERALLY). OUR EVENT WAS HELD ON UT'S BASEBALL FIELD, USING THE JUMBOTRON FOR A MOVIE SHOWING OF "HOCUS POCUS". TO ADD TO THE LUXURY WE ENCOURAGED GUESTS TO BRING THEIR BLANKETS AND GET SNUGGLY WITH THEIR BESTIES AS WE SERVED THEM PIZZA, POPCORN, DONUTS, AND THE MAIN EVENT, PANTIES! CRAFTING OUR VERY OWN 'PINK OR TREAT' PRIZE WHEEL, GUESTS COULD SPIN TO WIN EITHER A PAIR OF PANTIES (PINK) OR A COUPON (TREAT) FOR A FREE PAIR AT OUR LOCAL PINK. THIS EVENT WAS INCREDIBLY ENGAGING, THOROUGH, AND FUN FOR EVERYONE!

"I AM ENOUGH" CAMPAIGN

IN THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR, PINK LAUNCHED THEIR "I AM ENOUGH CAMPAIGN" TO PROMOTE SELF LOVE, EMPOWERMENT, AND POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH. TO SUPPORT THESE EFFORTS, TN VS PINK TAILORED EVENTS AROUND THE COMPANY'S "I AM..." STATEMENTS. FOR "I AM INSPIRED" WE HOSTED A GRL PWR SUMMIT FILLED WITH PANELISTS THAT TOUCHED BASE ON CAREER DEVELOPMENT, STAYING MOTIVATED DURING THE PANDEMIC, AND WHAT INSPIRES THEM. DURING THIS VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE WE PROVIDED ZOOM ATTENDEES WITH THEIR VERY OWN INSPIRATION BOARD KIT WHERE THEY WERE ABLE TO CHOOSE FROM MULTIPLE AESTHETICS MADE BY US. FOR OUR "I AM STRONG" EVENT WE COLLABORATED WITH FITNESS STUDIO, CORE CHANGE TO CREATE A SOCIALLY DISTANCED CLASS. WE ALSO PARTNERED WITH MUSCLE MILK TO PROVIDE SNACKS AND DRINKS FOR OUR HARD WORKING GUESTS. OTHER INITIATIVES WE TOOK TO MAKE THIS CAMPAIGN SUCCESSFUL INCLUDED POSTING AN IGTV FEATURING CAMPUS TEAM MEMBER CAMIAH, AS SHE TALKED ABOUT THE BLACK LIVES MATTER MOVEMENT AND INTERSECTIONALITY FOR "I AM LEARNING", AND A STARBUCKS COFFEE GIVEAWAY TO KEEP STUDENTS GOING DURING MIDTERMS FOR "I AM MOTIVATED".
